Plant Care Instructions
Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is native to Africa, Madagascar, and the Arabian Peninsula. Place in bright, indirect sunlight or artificial light. Aloe Vera do best in temperatures between 55 and 80°F (13 and 27°C). Water Aloe Vera plants deeply, but infrequently, in a pot with proper drainage – this is very important! Water about every 3 weeks and even more sparingly during the winter. Fertilize during the spring.
Bromeliad

The Bromeliad plant is native to South America & Hawaii. They are a tropical plant and prefer full sun, so give them plenty of indirect sunlight! This will ensure that the colorful flowers stay vibrant. Water when the top of the soil feels dry, but do not let it dry out completely. Provide proper drainage in order to avoid root rot! Keep in warm environments (60-90 degrees). Do not let it be in temperatures lower than 55 degrees. Fertilize and provide plant food once a month. Repot as plant grows.
Cactus

These beautiful guys are native to the African deserts and the Arabian Peninsula. Place in bright, indirect sunlight or artificial light. Cacti do best in temperatures between 55 and 90°F (13 and 29°C). Water plant deeply, but infrequently, in a pot with proper drainage – very important! Water about every 2-3 weeks and even more sparingly during the winter. Fertilize during the spring. Watch out for the needles!
CReeping Jenny

Native to Europe and Western Asia, Creeping Jenny thrives in sun to partial shade. They need consistently moist soil but do not let it sit in water to avoid root rot! They love the damp, low-lying areas of your garden but also do well in pots. They can tolerate cooler temperatures (-30 degrees) and stay green all year round. Administer plant food every few weeks.
CRoton

The soil should remain moist but not too wet. If the soil is dry to the touch, then it may be time for watering. Mist the leaves a few times a week to help them hold in moisture. Croton plants prefer full sun but can tolerate partial shade. The more light they receive means the more intense their colors are! Make sure the plant has proper drainage. Their roots do not like to sit in water and can easily suffer root rot! Keep in 65-75°F. Do not keep them in a room below 50°F. Administer plant food every few weeks. Fertilize in the growing season.
Dutch Anthurium

Native to Central America, Anthuriums thrive in bright, indirect light. Water weekly allowing top 1-2 inches of soil to dry. Mist leaves a few times a week to help hold moisture. Water more frequently during warmer months and fertilize once a month. Keep at 65-85 degrees and don’t let it be in a place where it drops below 60 degrees! Repot as plant grows.
English Ivy

Native to Europe and western Asia, English Ivy is a good air purifying plant! Give your Ivy plenty of bright, indirect light although they can tolerate lower light. Water weekly with proper drainage to avoid root rot. Don’t water as much during the winter. Spray English Ivy with water weekly to help keep leaves hydrated and keep bugs away! They can tolerate cooler temperatures (-30 Degrees) and stay green all year round. Administer plant food every few weeks.
Eucalyptus

Native to Europe, Eucalyptus is a beautiful ground cover herb that prefers full sun so give them plenty of sunlight! Water when the top of the soil feels dry, but do not let it dry out completely. Provide proper drainage in order to avoid root rot! Keep in warm environments (60-90 degrees). Do not let it be in temperatures lower than 55 degrees. Fertilize and provide plant food once a month. Repot as plant grows. This special plant is known to have calming effects & healing properties.
Fiddle Leaf Fig

Native to tropical jungles of West Africa (and epyphites in nature), Fiddle Leaf Figs prefer lots of bright, indirect light. Place your Fig near a sunny, east-facing window. Rotate your plant every few months. Wipe your Fiddle Leaf Fig’s leaves once a week to keep them dust-free for proper sunlight absorption. Wait for soil to dry before re-watering. They need thorough waterings but cannot sit in water as that will kill them! Mist the leaves a few times a week to hold in moisture. Keep in 65-75°F. Do not keep them in a room below 50°F. Administer plant food every few weeks. Repot as plant grows.
Monstera

Monstera is native to Central America and thrives in bright to medium indirect light. It is not suited for intense, direct sun. Water weekly allowing top 1-2” soil to dry before re-watering. Mist the leaves a few times a week to help hold in moisture. Water more frequently during warmer months and fertilize during growth season. 65°F-85°F (18°C-30°C). It’s best not to let it go below 60°F (15°C). Repot as plant grows.
Peace Lily

Peace Lilies are native to Europe and western Asia and are good air purifying plants! Give your Peace Lily plenty of bright, indirect light (under a sunny window). Water weekly with proper drainage to avoid root rot. Don’t water as much during winter months. Spray the leaves with water every few days to help keep leaves hydrated and keep bugs away! Cut off dead flowers and stems at the base of the plant in order to allow healthy new growth. Administer plant food every few weeks.
PhiloDENDrON Cordatum
Heart-leaf Philo

Native to the coasts of Brazil, Philos thrive in bright indirect light, but can tolerate medium to low light. Be sure to water when the top 2″ – 3″ of the soil are dry, or just as the leaves begin to droop. Allow soil to dry fully between waterings in the winter months. Keep in 65-75°F. Do not keep them in a room below 50°F. Administer plant food every few weeks.
Pineapple

Native to South America, the Pineapple plants gives off lots of good clean oxygen in your home! Pineapples are a tropical plant and prefer full sun, so give them plenty of direct sunlight! Water when the top feels dry but don’t let it dry out completely. Provide proper drainage in order to avoid root rot! Keep in warm environments (60-90 degrees). Bring inside during the colder months. Do not let it be in temperatures lower than 55 degrees. Fertilize during the spring. Repot as plant grows.
Ponytail palm

Ponytail Palms are native to West Africa. Allow soil to dry between watering and do not over water in winter (very important). Avoid getting leaves wet when watering. Make sure plant has proper drainage. Their roots do not like to sit in water and are very sensitive to root rot! Place your Ponytail Palm in indirect light close to or near a sunny window. Keep in 65-75°F. Do not keep them in a room below 50°F. Administer plant food every few weeks. Fertilize in the spring with an all-purpose plant food. Repot as plant grows.
POTHOS
Jade, Golden, Neon

Air purifier here! Pothos are very easy indoor plants to care for because they are extremely tolerant to various lighting environments. They prefer bright, indirect light. Wait for soil to dry before re-watering. They need thorough waterings but cannot sit in water or they will suffer from root rot. Mist the leaves a few times a week to hold in moisture. Keep in 65-75°F. Do not keep them in a room below 50°F. Administer plant food every few weeks.
Rubber Plant

Air purifier here! Rubber plants are very hardy indoor plants to care for because they are extremely tolerant to various lighting environments. They prefer medium to bright, indirect light. Wait for soil to dry before re-watering. They need thorough waterings but cannot sit in water to avoid root rot. Mist the leaves a few times a week to hold in moisture. Keep in 65-75°F. Spider Plant

Native to tropical regions such as Africa, Asia, and Australia, the Spider Plant filters your air! Provide bright, indirect light and they will flourish. Water them well but do not overwater. Allow plant to dry out before the next watering. Provide proper drainage or it will suffer root rot. A cutting from a Spider Plant will propagate easily in water! Keep in 65-75°F. Do not keep them in a room below 50°F. Administer plant food every few weeks.
Succulent

Make sure Succulents get enough light. They need bright, indirect light. Rotate Succulents frequently. Water the soil directly (avoid watering the leaves) until the soil is moist throughout. Provide proper drainage or it will suffer root rot. Allow soil to COMPLETELY dry out before re-watering. Keep succulent leaves clean and free of dust to allow proper photosynthesis from sunlight. Fertilize in the growing season. Keep temperatures between 55 and 80°F (13 and 27°C).
Tropic Marianne

Tropic Marianne is native to tropical regions such as Central America, Hawaii, Asia and Australia. Provide bright, indirect light and they will flourish. Water them well but do not over water. Allow top soil of plant to dry out before next watering. Provide proper drainage or it will suffer root rot. Spray leaves with water a few times a week. Keep in 65-75°F. Do not keep them in a room below 50°F. Administer plant food every few weeks.

This plant is native to Western Asia. Give your White Butterfly plenty of bright, indirect light (under a sunny window). Water weekly with proper drainage to avoid root rot. ZZ Plant

Native to East Africa, the ZZ Plant grows well with low levels of indirect light but does best in bright, indirect light. Allow soil to dry between waterings and do not overwater. ZZ Plant is very sensitive to root rot. As this plant gets bigger, repot it to the proper sized pot to provide enough room for growing roots. Keep in 65-75°F. Do not keep them in a room below 50°F. Administer plant food every few weeks. Fertilize during the growing season.
